As a member of the software team at UBC Solar, I was responsible for developing a robust logging system for our solar car that records all Controller Area Network (CAN) data. The logging system was designed to capture and store crucial CAN messages, enabling comprehensive analysis and performance evaluation of our solar car's electrical system. This project aimed to provide valuable insights into the vehicle's operation, identify potential issues, and facilitate data-driven decision-making for the design and optimization of future solar car models.
